Sand Shack gift cards come packaged in a stylish folder with a choice of three different cover designs. The inside has information about the importance of ocean conservation and reminds everyone that Sand Shack donates 5% of company proceeds to ocean conservation works.

How Do Gift Cards Work?
The gift cards each come with a unique 13-character code on the back of each card. This code is associated with a predetermined value. When the person who buys the gift card visits sandshack.com and puts the code into the ‘gift card box’ at checkout, the value is used for the purchase of what they have selected. Gift cards do not expire, nor does the entire value have to be used in one purchase.

How Do I Sell Gift Cards?
Gift cards can be sold in a variety of different ways. The best way to sell gift cards is to purchase a selection of Sand Shack jewelry and display the gift cards alongside the actual jewelry. Therefore, people who like the jewelry and are looking for a gift to give someone can purchase the gift card rather than stress about getting someone a piece of jewelry they don’t like. A catalog with pictures of the complete line of jewelry is displayed with the gift cards and jewelry to show the customer what else is available online. In this situation, the gift cards and the jewelry can both be for sale, increasing your profits and capitalizing on the people looking for a quick and easy gift.

You may also just sell the gift cards without any physical jewelry. In this case, you would just use the catalog to show people what is available online. Although this way requires less initial investment, the customer will be less likely to purchase a gift card without seeing and feeling the quality of Sand Shack jewelry.

Gift Cards are Completely Refundable
Sand Shack will provide a full refund for gift cards returned to the company. Upon return, Sand Shack will check the gift card code and ensure the balance has not been used online. After confirming the available balance, Sand Shack will deactivate the card and issue a full refund. If the folder or card is damaged $2.50 will be deducted from the refund. Gift cards may only be returned after 90 days of purchase.

Minimum
In order to be involved with the gift card program, an initial $200 in gift cards must be purchased. Reorders must be at least $75 total. Remember, all gift cards may be returned to Sand Shack for a complete cash refund.

Gift Cards Available in Different Values
Sand Shack offers three standard gift card values for sale. We offer a $10, $20, and $50 card. If you wish to sell a different value card (such as $25, $100 etc.) a one-time $10 setup charge is needed.

Gift Card Folder Designs
The folders that hold a Sand Shack gift card come in 3 distinct designs. Each folder is a present in itself, with original artwork to remind you of Sand Shack’s mission of ocean conservation. Each folder is 4.25 inches tall and 6 inches wide and comes with an envelope.

When ordering gift cards you may specify which folder designs you wish to have.

The inside of the gift card folder has further information about ocean conservation and directions for the use of the gift card. It also has available space for the gift giver to write a personal note to the person they are giving the gift card to.
